Two approaches
1.) Keep track of classification proposals, and add them to the name authority record once approved.

2.) Put in the name authority file, indicating that it is supplied by us.

Update it once the classification proposal is approved.A response comes from SACO usually in a couple of days.If approved as submitted, the coding should then be changed to 0 in the second indicator, and the IEN institutional code removed, in the name authority record.If a change is made by SACO, make that change in the name authority record.
